Automatic Transfer Table
Eliminate the necessity of wide spacing of blanks entering the
No. 24RF Panel-Type Snap-Lock© Machine with this
automatic transfer table.
Your line speed can increase by 50% as compared to hand feeding
The No. 155 or No. 1510 Automatic Transfer Table is used in both
the oval and round pipe line systems. Eliminates the manual feeding
of the No. R5 and No. R10 Round Pipe Roll and the No. OV10
Combination Oval/Round Pipe Roll
Short crimps are eliminated with the new self-compensating length
adjustment gauge which will handle blanks with +/- 1/4" variance in length | |

All rolls are powered, operating at 95 FPM for round - 48FPM for oval and can crimp and bend 24 gauge and lighter mild steel in one pass
If NOR-OV10 is used with in optional manual feed table. an electrical control cabinet with motor starters and oval shape control timers is required
